Fred has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in consulting, outsourcing, strategic planning, and global business development.
Prior to joining Gainwell, Fred served as the global expansion lead at UnitedHealth Group – Optum Advisory Services, where he successfully started up a global advisory office in Ireland and managed a team in India. As chief operating officer, he also helped Optum Advisory Services grow into the nation’s second largest healthcare-specific consulting organization. Prior to that, Fred spent 13 years at Accenture as a key member of the leadership team overseeing the commercial operations for large outsourcing and consulting agreements.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration/financial management from the University of St. Thomas.
